1. Order Processing & Shipping Cost
Every order is reviewed and prepared with care before shipment.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order review, packing, and dispatch preparation.
Busy Periods
During holidays, promotional events, or other high-order periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee
We currently charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. This message will include your tracking details when available.
Please keep in mind:
Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment confirmation
A tracking number may show limited movement at first while the package is being processed by the carrier
Delays in tracking updates do not always mean the shipment is delayed or lost
4. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For international shipments, customs policies vary by country.
Orders may be shipped on a duties unpaid basis, which means:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer
Purevorae is not responsible for customs-related delays once the parcel reaches the destination country
Import charges, if applicable, are determined by local customs authorities
For many small consumer goods, these charges may not apply, but we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.
5. Changes or Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will help arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.
Lost Packages
If the shipping carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost in transit, we will assist by arranging a replacement when applicable.

Purevorae is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
