We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and not show signs of wear
- It must be returned in the condition in which it was received
- Original packaging should be included whenever possible
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the next step. If applicable, return guidance and shipping instructions will be shared directly by email.
Please do not send any item back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as quickly as possible so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
To help us process the claim faster, please include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos showing the item and the problem
4. Items That May Not Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return depending on their nature.
These may include:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Personal-use products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Certain other non-returnable items clearly marked at the time of purchase
Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an approved product issue.

5. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct product exchanges for all items.
In many cases, the simplest option is to request a return for the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you would prefer.
6. European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To qualify under this right:
- The product must be unused
- It must be returned in its original condition
- Original packaging should be included
- Proof of purchase is required
This EU right applies where required by law and is separate from our standard 30-day return policy.
7. Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued back to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval
Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you still have not received the funds, please contact us at service@purevorae.com.
8. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided directly by our support team.
Please note:
- A return should only be sent after receiving authorization from Purevorae
- In some cases, a return label may be provided
- In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
